The Hartford Police Hispanic Officers Association

The Hartford Police, Hispanic Officers Association was chartered in 1984 with a distinct mission to foster a friendly and fraternal relationship among the members of this Association, the Hartford Police Department and the citizens of the City of Hartford. Today, we remain committed to cultivating the culture and identify integrity and professionalism of Puerto Rican and Latino officers. This association is committed to non-discrimination on the basis of race, color, creed, sex, religion, sexual orientation, or national origin.

What we provide for our members

HOA provides its members with a network of officers and civilians that are commited to preserving their heritage. This organization offers its members free member and family activites, community involvement opportunities, recognition of life achievements, social and business networking, and much more. Today, the Hartford Police Hispanic Officers Association is devoted to creating relationships that benefit its members, the Hartford Police Department, Hartford Community and other affiliate agencies.
