The HARTFORD POLICE HISPANIC OFFICERS ASSOCIATION

HOA boasts nearly 100 members. Our mission to encourage current members to become more involved and recruit new members to bring in new energy. Our commitment to our mission and to the promotion of the integrity of our members is of supreme importance to our Executive Board. We look forward to 2011 being an excellent year filled with member activities, community involvement and membership recruitment.

Our mission is derived from our history, where our numbers nowhere near matched the numbers of Hispanic residents within the city of Hartford. Our mission points to a future where our standard of excellence provides a point of leadership orientation for all of our community and for the greater community.
