The Mission of the Hartford Police Hispanic Officers Association
As outlined in our bylaws, HOA is dedicated:
To promote and develop a friendly and fraternal relationship among the members of this Association, Police Department and the City of Hartford. Maintain and improve the relationship between the Association and the people we serve in the City of Hartford. Organize, volunteer and participate in public or private functions that promote, develop or contribute in charitable activities. Cultivate and preserve the culture and identify of Puerto Ricans, Latinos and members of Hispanic Origin. Promote pride, integrity and a high standard of professionalism.
